Information about resident, temporary, non-resident, and courtesy library cards.
Palisades Park residents may apply for a free library card.
Patrons 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive a library card.
Cards are valid for three years. You may renew your card by presenting your library card and proof of address.
Please contact the library if any account information changes. There is currently no fee for a replacement card.
Temporary residents are those visiting for less than one year and who do not have proof of permanent residency.
Temporary cards are valid for up to one year, depending on the length of residency.
Pay Cards are available for patrons who do not live in Palisades Park but visit frequently.
If you live in a nearby town with a BCCLS library, you must obtain a card from your home library.
Annual fee: $125 per year
Payment: Cash or check payable to Palisades Park Public Library
Pay Card holders may only check out items from Palisades Park Public Library.
They may not use the BCCLS collection, museum passes, or the eBCCLS collection.
Courtesy Cards are free for patrons who do not live in Palisades Park or a BCCLS member town,
but who work in Palisades Park and can provide proof of employment.
