BCCLS eCards: Digital Library Cards
The public libraries of the BCCLS consortium know these are challenging times. In response, public libraries are helping patrons without a library card to register and get access to eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines.
Digital Resources Available 24/7
During this time we will share free resources for all ages, activities for kids, recommended books to read, and a variety of other resources while the library remains closed.
Digital Resources Available 24/7:
Overdrive for eBooks and eAudiobooks (also available via the Libby app)
Remember these resources are FREE with your Palisades Park Library Card. If you have an issue with your library card or access please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to visit our website and follow us on Facebook for the latest updates. We will continue to try to bring you free resources and help you however we can. Sign up to receive our weekly newsletters to receive library updates.
How does the library closure affect you?
The Library will be closed to the public until further notice but you still have access to FREE materials at home. You may not be able to visit us in person but you can always reach out to us on social media or by email. The best way to get in contact with us during this time is to email email@example.com or by emailing the Director, Katie Piano, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due dates for any materials borrowed will be changed. There will be no late fees at this time. Please do not return items at this time. We encourage you to keep items until we reopen.
All Library loan and hold functions are suspended. You can not request any items or pick up any items at this time. For more information please visit BCCLS. But don't worry! You still have access to eBCCLS, databases, online learning tools, and activities.
The Library will provide online resources, forms of entertainment, and remote learning tools as much as possible. Most of this can be found on our Facebook. This may include live story times for kids, remote book clubs, ESL conversation classes, and other free resources. We will try to continue to bring you new and exciting ways to interact with library from home.
The Library building might be closed but the Library is still here for you!
